Privacy Policy

• Your privacy is of the highest importance to us. Our web site operates the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure credit card and personal details are safe.
• We will never release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
• We will collect information about you in order to give you the best possible service. We will not e-mail you if you have not given us your consent except to inform you of the progress of your order.

UK Delivery

We will dispatch your order by a Parcel Courier within five working days of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be any type of delay we will contact you. Delivery is usually 7 working days after order, between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries will require a signature. If you are not in the Courier will leave a card for you to call them and arrange a delivery. Full payment is required before dispatch.

Returns, refunds

You can return any goods back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided goods are in their original packing and are in new condition.
Please send an e-mail to sales@arcticoutdoor.co.uk quoting your order number and details for reasons retuning the goods. We will respond to your e-mail with return instructions.
We will refund the price of the goods or exchange the item as soon as it has been received by us.
We offer free returns and free delivery service for replaced items.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order by contacting us. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will refund the full amount to your credit card immediately. We will confirm this to you by e-mail. Should it be too late to stop your delivery we will refund the full amount to you as soon as the goods have been returned to us according to our returns policy.
